Arnaud Rauzy
After studying economics at the Toulouse School of Economics and obtaining a master's degree in accounting and auditing, Arnaud Rauzy joined Sygnatures' Statutory and Voluntary Audit department in 2008. He obtained his post-graduate degree in chartered accounting in 2013, writing his thesis on hydroelectricity and then turned to providing consulting and expertise services. Arnaud now assists regional SMEs in the sectors of Health, Real Estate and Renewable Energies. He also manages company takeover assignments during which he and his team provide the following services: company valuation, acquisition audits, preparation of provisional financial statements and assistance in obtaining financing. Il pilote également des missions de reprise d’entreprise au cours desquelles il réalise avec son équipe les prestations suivantes : évaluation d’entreprise, audit d’acquisition, établissement des comptes prévisionnels et accompagnement à l’obtention du financement.
Philippe Benzoni
Philippe Benzoni has more than 25 years of experience in advising SMEs and regional groups in many sectors of activity, particularly in the fields of food distribution, car dealerships, the food industry, service providers and software publishers. He assists his clients in the acquisition, sale or merger of companies. He co-leads the "Consolidation" service line within SYGNATURES. Jean-Yves Gaillat
Jean-Yves Gaillat has more than 25 years' experience in statutory and voluntary auditing in regional and national groups. He is operationally in charge of the Audit and Transaction Services division. He assists and advises national and regional groups in statutory and voluntary audit assignments as well as in the optimisation of accounting and administrative organisations. He assists corporate officers in equity capital transactions in the context of acquisitions and disposals. Jean-Yves Gaillat has been Chairman of Groupe SYGNATURES since 2013.
Irène Goaziou-Huret
Irène Goaziou-Huret holds a doctorate in law and is the author of publications in legal journals. Before joining SYGNATURES, Irène Goaziou-Huret was a research professor at the University of Toulouse 1. She has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate transactions involving high financial or tax implications. In addition to leading the legal and tax teams, she is involved in complex transactions, in particular the transfer of securities and the structuring of groups of companies .
The Barthe Group is an independent group formed in 2002 and active in the field of renewable energy. The Barthe Group is both a producer of electricity thanks to 19 hydroelectric power plants and one photovoltaic power plant (all located in the South of France), and a developer of about ten hydroelectric power plant projects in France.
